Not a puffer jacket person? Then here’s a long coat you will love

We all have that go-to coat which saves us during cold winter days. When the temperature starts dropping, you will always find me wearing this long coat. Even though my outwear options are quite wide, I can’t say no to bundling up in a warm long coat.

Since I was a kid I used to hate puffer jackets, and I still do. No matter how warm and comfortable they are, there is something about them which makes me constantly reject them. Grew up wearing coats during the cold seasons, so you can imagine how much I love them. They just go well with everything, and if you feel like your outfit is not the best, you can just cover it up by closing your coat.

Last year I got two of them, one in black and this one in navy, and this year I managed to find a military one in khaki, and I am still praying for the perfect one in camel. Seen something that pleased my sight at Nordstrom, but I am still not sure about making the purchase. Trying to spend consciously is getting harder and harder, but hopefully I will find some good deals for Christmas.

Talking of great deals, I am literally the Queen of Sales. People constantly ask me how can I find such good deals every time, but I can’t explain it, I guess it’s magic. For example, this whole outfit costs a little less than 100$. Most of the items were found on sale, exception makes the cap and the vintage bag which I got from my granny. The last time I visited my beloved grandma I noticed she had this bag in her wardrobe, and guess what, this vintage treasure is about 45 years old. She used to wear it at formal events, and seeing that I loved it made her to happy. I will make sure to take such good care of it, and I will definitely think of my granny whenever I’ll wear it. x
