Similar to a basic t-shirt, or a black pencil skirt, a white waistcoat is a wardrobe staple that every women should be owning. The benefits of owning one are countless, but I will try to sum up the most important perks.

In case you love tailored menswear inspired pieces, then this white waistcoat would be the perfect addition to your closet. One of the many benefits of having a vest is that it can be worn from day to night. Besides that, it’s the perfect elegant and practical layering piece. The forever seasonless goodie is also extremely versatile. There are so many different ways of playing mix and match with. A proof of that would be the amount of outfits I wore it in. The answer is way too many. 

With this in mind, a vest can be worn all year round in a lot of different outfit formulas, from sophisticated to clean ones. As for today, my versatile go-to piece was worn in a minimal outfit, on top of a white cami and a pair of printed grey culottes. Sometimes less is more, specially when I have to stroll through the city.
