The wide-legged cropped trousers are slowly turning into a staple. According to a well known fashion magazine, culottes aren’t going anywhere. In fact they will shine in the next season as well. If you don’t love them already, then you might want to start doing it. Without a doubt, I definitely fell for my navy culottes.
I absolutely adore everything about them. Starting with the color, length and ending with the details from the waist line. As the rest of my culottes, I found this pair on sale at Zara. Thing is, I wasn’t even planning to enter the shop, but they were standing over there, being sad and looking at me, so I couldn’t resist. I have a couple of style weaknesses, and you can probably guess which is one of them. Therefore, I ended up buying the navy cropped trousers.
As a real wardrobe staple, the navy culottes work with pretty much every top that I own. Already worn them with a crop top and an off shoulder one. Without a doubt, they have proved that versatility is their strongest point. Since culottes can be dressed up with anything, I styled them with a white cami, a skinny scarf and layered with the white vest. x
