Since the temperature is constantly increasing, dressing up is getting more and more challenging. We all love wearing dresses during summer, but not all of us have a closet loaded with boho dresses for all those three months. If you’re short on dresses like I am, then a floral kimono can be a total life saver. Your summer outfits feel kind of basic and dull?! Then a floral kimono can spice things up for you. Got this one about three years ago (for 10$) and it came from a dedicated Coachella line, but guess what? We can get to wear festival clothes on the streets as well. Just make sure you make them street appropriate and you are good to go.
But how can we do that?! By mixing them with casual pieces such as boyfriend jeans and a tee or why not with a denim skirt and a cami. They work with pretty much anything in your closet, from jeans and pumps to tailored trousers and kicks. Highly versatile and perfect for layering, this kimono elevated my casual outfit into a more polished one. If styled properly, a simple piece like this one can do wonders :). So yeah, if you feel like looking sleek in some denim and a basic white tee, then this piece is all you need. Mix it with pumps and a fun summer crossbody bag and you’re ready to rock the streets. How do you like it? xx
P. S: Apologies for not being active on the blog last week. I’ve been on holiday and the WiFi connection was terrible. It took about three hours only to upload these photos :(. But now I am back home and ready to post lots of fresh content. ♥
