A midi skirt is definitely the best addition to any wardrobe. Timeless and perfect for any season, this skirt style can be used to create a lady like silhouette and not only. And as you probably know, I’m a sucker for such skirts! Adore their length and they seem to work best with my height. But from time to time I also enjoy wearing a good mini, although nothing can beat the classy feel of a midi skirt.
Bought this front slit midi about a month ago, but I didn’t get the chance to wear it till the last weekend. All the traveling along with the gloomy weather stopped me from wearing a bunch of things. Now I’m glad the sun started shinning brighter and brighter, which means I could finally get to wear this beauty into the daylight and mix it in a chic fashion forward way. Paired it with a vintage looking frilled floral embroidered top, white fishnet socks and heeled mules. I don’t know what is it about those socks, but they drag all the attention, haha. Finished the look by adding a pair of silver hoop earrings and the boater straw hat I’m hiding all my bad hair days underneath. Obviously, I couldn’t step out the house without something red and the pair of white sunglasses which gave a mysterious feel to the entire look. Overall, I was really happy with how this outfit turned out. How do you feel about it? xx
