A chic way to pull off the military trend this winter

One of the many things I love about the military trend is that it never gets out of style. I mean how can long coats, combat boots and hats get out of fashion? Those pieces are fun to style and easy to incorporate in our daily looks.

If you want to join the military trend squad, then I should let you know that it’s really easy to hop in the crew. In order to get accepted you only need to own three secret items. The first one is a maxi coat in navy/khaki/black or a knee length one with golden buttons. It depends on which style you like best. I like both, so I just hoard on them with no shame. After all, it’s good having options, ain’t it?

Combat boots/biker boots are the next item on the list and they are easy to style with everything from jeans to chic dresses. After pairing the other ones with a midi skirt a couple of days ago, I decided to style this cut out pair in a tomboyish way. Opted for a pair of light wash boyfriend jeans, a turtleneck and a graphic tee on top of it. There’s no secret that I enjoy wearing my graphic tees all year long, and that wouldn’t be possible without the help of warm turtlenecks. Is anyone else doing this trick as well?

Now the last but not least, the cap/hat. Don’t tell me you’re not a hat person, because I won’t believe it. I am personally obsessed with wearing them, and now after finding the Tommy x Gigi one in Milan, you can be sure that I will be wearing it on repeat. It adds the perfect Parisian feel to my outfits, and it also saves me from the bad hair days. And now to be honest my hair looks bad 7 days a week. So it would be really hard to survive without hats and caps. How do you feel about the military trend? x

  22. Absolutely love how you broke down the military look into such three easy and awesome steps! Although looking so chic and fashionable also comes more naturally to gorgeous individuals like you, so we do have to bear that in mind as well 😉 By the way, love that Furla bag on you babe! I’ve got the mini version, but the bigger version has such a different and cooler vibe to it!! 😀 Thanks for sharing yet another gorgeous look babe!
