Sometimes putting an outfit together might not be the first thing you would want to do in the morning. So how can we make dressing up easier? First things first, make sure your wardrobe is filled with absolutely all the essentials you need. After you have everything from black trousers, to a white button down and a fitted blazer, start adding up a few structured pieces. Details always make an outfit shine, so keep that in mind the next time you go on a shopping spree. Instead of purchasing a similar clothing product you already have in 20 different colors, try to seek for something different that will set you apart from the crowd. Maybe something colorful, like an orange jacket, or for starters a statement top with a flowy hemline.
I couldn’t have enough of the frill trend over summer, so I also moved the trend to my fall wardrobe. Those who follow me on Instagram could notice my excitement when I unpacked this ruffle top. It can bring those overused jeans back to life. Today I sought for a fun dramatic silhouette. Played mix and match with a pair of flared camel trousers, which caught my attention since I first saw them. They come as a fresh alternative to my usual chinos, and besides that, who doesn’t want longer legs? Finished the outfit with a pair of beige pumps and a fedora. How was your weekend? x
