How to wear your skinny jeans this summer

I’m willing to bet that you have a pair of skinny jeans in your wardrobe that you enjoy wearing a lot during the other seasons. So why not wear them during summer as well?

The so loved wardrobe essential is being worn on rotation during autumn, winter and spring. Isn’t it? But, I could notice that a lot of ladies tend to ignore their favorite skinnies during summer. Why’s that? Well probably because most of you believe that they will sweat like they’re in the pilates class. Let me break it down for you. No, you won’t sweat, and you will feel just fine, even better than in a skirt. Just make sure that the skinnies are made of cotton, and you will be good. Things are getting even better if you opt for a pair with details. Aim for distressed ones with frayed raw hem, or for patched ones, or even better patched and distressed. What can be cooler than that? Thing is, once you find your perfect fitted pair you will look efortless chic. Wear them with a pair of white sneakers and a cotton tshirt and you’ve achieved the cool girl uniform. This is like the simplest effortless chic outfit formula.

Layering will remain up to you, can always throw over a cool print kimono or a vest for a polished finish. In fact, the third clothing piece and the accesories will always make the difference. As for my accesories, I have to thank Silvia for my new chocker. We’ve been hunting a plain one for a while, till she finally managed to find this cute one! Furthermore, I am trying out the Bellabeat Leaf, which is a smart jewelery that tracks your activity, steps taken, calories burned, sleep and monthly cycles. While being a cool and feminine piece, it’s also a convertible one. The leaf can be worn as a necklace, broche or bracelet. Today, I wore it as a bracelet, can’t wait to try it as a necklace as well! Listen to your body with this natural blackwood beauty. With this in mind, I’d love to hear how did you spend the 4th of July. x

I’m wearing: Denim International distressed skinny jeans / Zara white tshirt / Stradivarius white vest / Koton black hat / Chocker / Adidas Stan Smith white sneakers / Furla tote bag / Bellabeat leaf smart bracelet (here) / Zaful sunglasses (here)
