If you asked me three years ago how I feel about wide leg trousers, I would have told you that I hate them from the bottom of my heart. I don’t know what changed since then, but I started finding them aesthetically pleasing. To be completely honest, I don’t know why I didn’t like them, but I’m glad my thoughts are a lot different now. In time they slowly started popping in my wardrobe and I currently got three pairs which I love a lot. Wanted a white pair in a long time and after months of searching, I found them in a hidden corner at Zara. The thing I love the most about this pair is their perfect length. Length can be crucial for such pants, but these are highly versatile and wearable with both sneakers and heels. Most wide leg trousers would have looked awkward with flats, but that’s not the case for the ones I’m wearing ;).
Worn them about two weeks ago with some heeled mules and an off shoulder gingham top and this time I went for a Parisian smart casual mix. If you’re a long term reader (thank you for that ♥), then you already know I am in love with the effortless Parisian style. Pulling together french inspired looks is one of the things I love the most :). So yeah, it might sound like a cliche, but I really wanted to shoot this outfit in front of the iconic monument. Now I feel completely Parisian, too bad I can’t speak french at all, but who knows, maybe I’ll get to learn it in time. Do you have any weekend plans?
