Minimal but so effective, this 41$ burgundy leather jacket was spotted everywhere around the world. In fact, who would mind wearing rusty toned outwear for fall?
This time of year is quite tricky, but it’s also a time when you have to get all your statement outwear back to the day light and put aside most of your summer staples. Although the weather got a lot chillier, shirts can still be worn underneath your cozy knits and leather jackets are still by your side. It’s just about knowing how to get them to work. With a little dose of inspiration and imagination, transitioning the rest of our wardrobes to fall won’t be such of a big deal. After all, November just hit town which means soon enough we’ll have to get ready for winter, and oh well, that’s scary.
Till then, I’ll try to get the best of my fall wardrobe. Even though things didn’t go as planned, and my blazers haven’t seen much of the day light, I’m happy that some of my leather jackets got to shine under the sun. Mixed them with everything from skirts to jeans and trousers for an effortless outcome. Today was one of those days when I took the minimal path and paired my burgundy outwear with a cozy knit, a white button down and a pair of tailored pants. Finished the look with a casual pair of kicks and a faux fur collar. What do you think? x
